Ordering

Our website is available to take orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All orders are processed between 6.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday (GMT+1). Phone line and online chat operates during EET business hours, meaning 7:00am to 16:00 (GMT+1). 

You can order items through our website whenever. The time we need to process your purchase depends on your order (if INNER LINING s applied it takes 3-4 business days). We start preparing the shipment, immediately after the purchase is made. Please note that until we have confirmed the order with you no offer of sale is made. In the event that we decline to process your order, we will contact you by e-mail to say so.

Please provide a detailed information about the delivery address when making a purchase. 

 

Processing your payment

After you place an order on our website you will need to make payment for the goods or services you have ordered. Shopify Payments is located in Canada. Information relating to the processing of your payment is stored outside the European Economic Area on our [third party payment processor’s servers in Canada and the United States.

Stock

If there is any problem with your order, be it stock or anything else, we will contact you. All orders are subject to availability at all times. If you are not happy with this TenderRest will refund 100% of your money. Customers have the right to cancel and return their order within 14 days, for any reason and with no justification.
