Whether you’re selecting a custom design, a standard product, or a pre-decorated option, our clear steps will guide you through placing your order. Each product can be personalized, and you can include an engraved message of up to 40 characters to add a special touch.
Follow the instructions below to complete your order efficiently.
Customised urn order by photo reference
1. Select the product type: Dog, Cat, or specific Breed.
2. Choose the spacesuit color.
3. Under "Face Color," select the last option in the sequence: By Photo.
4. Add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout to complete the order.
5 Once your order is confirmed and paid, send an email to care@tenderrest.com and attach a photo of your pet we can use as a reference.
Standard Product Order
1. Select the product type: Dog, Cat, or specific Breed
2. Choose the spacesuit color.
3. Select the face color.
4. Decide if you want the product with or without Inner Lining.
5. Add the product to your cart and complete the order at checkout.
Pre-Decorated Product Order
1. Choose the Hand Decorated Pet Urn (Dog/Cat) product.
2. Select the spacesuit color.
3. Pick the face color.
4. Choose between with or without Inner Lining.
5. Add the product to your cart and finalize the order at checkout.
