How to seal the pet urn?
This pet urn requires sealing with a glue suitable for ceramic surfaces.
Any ceramic glue will work. Apply the glue to the urn's opening, place the ceramic cap on top, and allow at least 15 minutes for the glue to dry.
(Glue is not supplied in the package)
Will this pet urn fit all the ashes?
This pet urn can hold the ashes of a pet weighing up to 100 lbs. prior cremation.
This is large enough to fit all of the ashes of any cat and almost all dog breeds.
What is Inner Lining ?
The INNER LINING is a white, thin, rubber-like layer applied on the inner side of the urn.
Its sole purpose is to securely hold the cremation ashes in place, providing protection in case of mishaps.
This optional feature can be purchased with each product and completely replaces the need for a plastic bag.
Is this pet urn suitable for outdoors?
All of our pet urns are suitable for outdoor use. However, they should be elevated from the ground and kept away from water and humidity.
Can this urn be laser engraved?
Yes, all of our pet urns have a designated spot for engraving a personal message. You can specify up to 30 characters (symbols) across two rows. Let us know what you would like to have engraved by leaving a note at checkout or to care@tenderresturns.com
Do you ship worldwide ?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Basic shipping is free, however Import duties and local taxes are not included in the delivery cost and are the customer's responsibility.
