Handling time

Our handling time is one business day We need it to personalise the item (engrave with laser), add inner lining if such is purchased.

Import duties and taxes

Import duties and local taxes are NOT included in the delivery and are due from the customer. Please, note that for each country different import taxes may occur. 

For USA, Canada and Australia, duty taxes are usually very low if such even apply.

Worldwide - delivery time & services

Worldwide Shipping (Free) takes between 3-5 business days (depending on location). Shipping is performed by UPS.

Worldwide Shipping (EXPRESS) takes between 1-2 business days (depending on location, not available for some locations). Shipping is performed by UPS and it costs additional $60.

 

Delivery conditions

We will deliver the goods you ordered to the address specified during your purchase. Please ensure that the address and phone number provided are accurate, as the phone number is necessary for contact in case you are unavailable at the time of delivery.

Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to liaise with the postal service or courier company to arrange for the collection or re-delivery of items that were undeliverable due to customer absence.

Once your shipment is dispatched, we will furnish you with tracking details.

Please be aware that delivery times are subject to postal service efficiency, airport security, and customs procedures, factors which are beyond our control.

Unforeseen Circumstances

In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control—such as inclement weather, unexpected delays due to traffic congestion, road repairs, diversions, or mechanical breakdowns—we may be unable to deliver goods within the specified timescales. We will not be held liable for any delay or failure in delivery if such delays or failures are wholly or partially caused by these circumstances.
